Bolt-On Tours

To accomplish the goal of providing you a transformative travel experience, we are pleased to customize additional excursions either preceding or following your Belize adventure. As a full-service destination management company, we arrange hotel and resort accommodations, and extreme adventure itineraries to suit any lifestyle.

If you require specific dates or prefer an exclusive private getaway of your own, we will craft a unique dream trip to suit your specific wishes and desires.  Our geographic proximity to extraordinary natural sites allows us to offer outings that ‘bolt-on’ seamlessly with your trip to Ambergris Caye.  They include but are not limited to:

  • Jungle excursions on the mainland of Belize for an additional two to three days
Live the ultimate Belize experience every adventure seeker imagines! Our experienced local Belize guides are proficient in both land and river excursions. Explore the ancient Maya cities of Tikal, Caracol, Xunantunich and Lamanai. Feel the thrill of exploring the legendary cave of Actun Tunichil Muknal, the Crystal Cave in the inland Blue Hole National Park, or Barton Creek Cave, the largest river cave in Belize on one of our caving expeditions. Discover the timeless natural beauty of cave tubing at Jaguar Paw. To round out a truly eclectic tour, we offer a wide range of jungle expeditions featuring hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and horseback riding.

  • Cavern diving in the cenotes of the Riviera Maya, Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, Mexico for an additional three to four days
The estimated 6,000 cenotes of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, noted for their crystal clear waters, fascinating light displays and delicate geologic formations, deliver an unforgettable underwater adventure.  Due to a recent revision in the definition of cave diving, cenote diving is now classified as cavern diving, and is accessible to a wider range of divers than was previously so.  If a minimum degree of natural light is maintained, anyone holding a basic scuba certification can descend into this beautiful subterranean environment.  Once inside, you’ll follow a guideline and your dive leader’s light into the many halls and tunnels of the cenote.  You may even have the opportunity to experience a halocline.

  • Volcano hiking in Guatemala for an additional two to four days
This trip is action packed, in-your-face fun!  From a base in the historic city of Antigua, select either an overnight or day-trip adventure trekking on Acatenango, Volcán de Fuego and Pacaya, three of the most beautiful and active volcanoes in Central America. While Acatenango hasn’t erupted since 1972, Pacaya’s last eruption occurred in 2010, and Volcán de Fuego has been erupting frequently since 2002, most recently in November of 2018.
